I LOVE MY NEEDLES CASE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE BECAUSE ...

"... It is so much more than just your typical software.  Needles is a software tool that has grown along with our firm.  We have been beta test users since September 1989 with the introduction of "PINS" and I honestly can't imagine working in a law firm without Needles!  I have been employed here since November of 1988.  In those days, we worked cases the "old fashioned way" with the index cards for our 'ticker system' and a regular paper calendar.  We had just one computer with a word processor on it for our typist for all pleadings and letters by the attorney, who dictated them.  The rest of us typed our letters by typewriter and used carbon based memos for our files.  Since we were introduced to PINS by our old general manger, Steve Defoe, our firm has become much more organized and efficient thanks to all that Needles has to offer.  We struggled at first to enter 600 plus cases at once into the system, but the initial pain was so worth it!

As our firm has grown and changed with the passing years, so has Needles.  The Needles staff has always been very courteous and responsive to our firm's needs and 'wishes.'  There are very few software companies out there that truly listen to their customers' needs and modify their product accordingly.  I love Needles because what I can achieve with it is limitless.  Thank you for creating and allowing this software to grown along with all of us!"

A Comprehensive Case Management Software

I LOVE MY NEEDLES CASE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE BECAUSE ...

"... It is the most comprehensive and user friendly database/case management program I have ever used.  Not only does Chesapeake Interlink take suggestions from their users (what better way to improve your product???), but the programs that are offered for training and seminars are wonderful.  The staff that run these programs are ex cited about the product and that makes learning fun (I have been fortunate enough to work with Sherryl Coleman and Joy Descutner in the past for training).  And the best part...always discovering something new that you can do and sharing it with others.  A month does not go by that I don't discover something I didn't know before.

I train all new support staff on the use of Needles and have a very intimate knowledge of the program and it's capabilities.  Because the program is so friendly, it makes it that much easier to train people on use and navigation.  And it is great when they realize how good the system is.

I also maintain our database and the multitude of ways to search for duplication or incorrect information is great.  The database capabilities have come a long way since I started with PINS.  Remember PINS?"

Two words, client satisfaction!  I deal with a very large case load and I am able to quickly access a client's information, the last note I entered regarding our previous conversation.  It is difficult to remember the last conversation of hundreds of clients, and I can update the client's information as I speak with them;  To be able to run reports for a large case load helps me organize my clients up coming due dates and important appointments.  Generating and merging documents is a huge plus.  Creating mass mail outs from the stored address information is awesome.  Overall, this is a great program that allows a large or small office to maintain vital information that can be accessed quickly, efficiently, and without the hassle of fumbling through note pads, case files and slow running word processing programs.  Kudos to Needles for allowing me to get the most for my client, my firm and my fellow co-workers."

It is the first software program I have used that has "lived up to its promises."  In my working career of over 30 years, I have been involved in lost of new software programs that were "supposed to do this and that."  Needles has definitely made a difference in our law firm in organizing all the information needed to keep our client's information current and up to date, and has done it without causing extra work on those of us who keep up with the day to day tasks unlike the other programs that caused more work instead of less.

The training we received was short, but excellent, and made it easy to make the transition to Needles.  The support from the Needles Staff is also excellent and the updates keep getting better!

It keeps me on top of things!  I often wish that I had Needles for my life!  If I had, I would be so much more organized!  I would have pop-up reminders of birthdays, anniversaries, and bill due dates (so I could actually get them out on time!).  I would have checklist items reminding me to do my most dreaded activities such as laundry, dusting, and changing the water in the fish tank (and I would actually do them because it's the best feeling in the world to have an empty checklist!).  I would have access to my very own calendar at the press of a button!  I would be able to send and receive messages from my friends and family, making it so much easier to stay in touch!  I could keep diaries of daily happenings, so that I can look back at that certain note, to see if I actually did give permission to my husband to buy that expensive widget.  My everyday life would be so nice with the help of Needles, but until that day becomes a reality, I will continue to enjoy the sense of being organized at work!  Thank You Needles!"
