I LOVE MY NEEDLES CASE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE BECAUSE ...

It ushered me into a whole new world, the Legal World.  I had no clue as to the new surroundings in which I had found myself nor had I any experience with Needles.  matter of fact, I didn't even know such software existed.  Needles effortlessly guided me around my first continent in this new world, Personal Injury.  I was very green in this field, however, with the use of Needles I now handled multiple cases from intake to disbursement.  I was amazed as to how easy Needles made this possible.  Through Needles, I was introduced to another continent called Litigation.  I never expected in my wildest dreams that I would be in the legal field in the first place but now to be able to use Needles to do litigation work, there is no limit.  With all the proficient organization abilities Needles provides for me, there isn't another software that I would want to use.  I thank God for directing my path toward companies that use Needles software because it has paved a path for my future adventures in the Legal World."

"... Once tailored to your practice, it tells you what to do, when to do, and also provides you with links to the documents, facts and information you need to accomplish the task at hand.

We began over 10 years ago with PINS and have transitioned to Needles.  At that time, the firm had in place what I believed to be a good system for keeping track of documents and case status.  My view was, "if it isn't broken, it doesn't need to be fixed," and I was not very "pro PINS."  However, as time passed and I really began to understand all the things the program could do, I became more open to learning about it.  Now, many years later, I am the "Needles Police" at our office (used to be the PINS Police, which has a nicer ring to it!).  I sound like a Needles trainer when talking to other employees about the program and all it can do "if you just give it a chance and work the checklist."  I don't know how I kept my sanity before Needles.  I sleep better at night, too, knowing that I have not missed deadlines or statues thanks to the checklists."

It is the most resourceful tool available to me so that I may do my job efficiently and effectively.  Needles has so much to offer, and yet no matter how much or how little you utilize it, you save time and your work load will diminish.  What I love and use the most is the calendar for the obvious reason of scheduling things, but as a tickler system, it is terrific.  No more having to look in the bar directory, Martindale Hubble or the phone book, because nearly every number I need is found in Needles.  If you want to know something about a case, everything is right there in Needles.

The program is only as good as the information put into it, and the people in this firm enter all data required when opening a file.  I love my Needles because it can be so much more and then some if you take advantage of it;  and I continue to do so on a daily basis."

From a Management standpoint, the history of our firm is contained in Needles.  Every case opened is managed through Needles from the time of intake through the completion the case, thus creating statistics that took days/weeks/months to prepare in the pre-Needles days.

Where the firm came from and where we should be heading can be obtained by using the Management Reports.  Planning for the future can be done in short order based on the information that can be pulled from our Needles database.

Needles is a learning, management, marketing and organizational tool all in one.  Everything I need is available to me in the time it takes to search the database or run a report.

Using Case Management Software on the job

I LOVE MY NEEDLES CASE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE BECAUSE IT...

"...It has enabled me to keep my job.  I had previously worked at a firm that had Needles, and when I left the firm in September of 2003, I came to work at Lloyd Law Office.  Lloyd Law did not have a case management system in place and everything was done on paper and in WordPerfect.  I knew it would take some time to get used to not having Needles, but after about a month, I had decided that I really could not function in my job without it.

I had grown so used to the ease and convenience of keeping track of my cases with Needles that it made me sick to think of how much time I was wasting shuffling through paper files.  Whenever my boss asked me a detail about a case, it would take me forever to find the answer and I would think, if I just had Needles it would take two seconds to answer that question.  I knew I would never be able to handle the same caseload that I was used to handing.  Even answering the telephones became a huge chore, trying to figure out who in the office should take the call without being able to just look it up in Needles.

I had almost decided that I would have to leave my new job when I heard talk around the office of possibly buying a case management system.  I took the opportunity to talk to the boss about my experience with Needles and within a month, we had the system in place.

Now I am back to handling a much bigger caseload and the answers to the bosses questions are at my fingertips."

"...With the click of the keyboard I can find any client, their file, their family, the status, payment arrangements and most recent contact.  It makes my work so much easier to not have to look for the "actual" file and then leaf through tons of paper to find out when the next court date is - who I am supposed to talk to - when the last contact was,- or the status of the pending case.  Needles makes case management extremely easy and that is only one of its many features.  let's talk about forms - shall we??? User friendly software for law offices

I LOVE MY NEEDLES CASE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE BECAUSE IT...

"...It is the only part of my day that doesn't cause me pain.

... For the first time in 25 years I am finally able to get "Needles" and not cry.  My days are virtually painless thanks to Needles.

This is by far the first and absolute user friendly software I have had the pleasure of working with.  I was once employed with a company doing payroll, and I would enter the payroll information, and still have the need to use my calculator to recheck my figures.  Not to mention if you miss keyed the incorrect information and saved it without checking over your entries and there was no do over.  So when I was first introduced to Needles, it was a welcomed change.  It was bight in color and the fields are designed far enough apart so that if you miss key the wrong information, she will not let you go any further.  My all time favorite is, "This field cannot be edited."  Not to mention when you go into search if you are supposed to be doing a search by name and you are in the search by numbers field, it has a way of letting you know, "try again."  These are just a few examples of why I love my Needles.  hats off to the creator of this software."
